Your order will usually take two working days to arrive, so if you order before midnight on Monday you’ll receive it on Wednesday. Please note that Saturday delivery costs £5 extra and we don’t deliver on Sundays or Mondays – so if you place an order on a Thursday and don’t ask for Saturday delivery, you’ll receive your meat the following Tuesday. If you’d rather choose a day, that’s fine. Just have a look at our delivery page for all the options.

We’ve thought of that. When you place an order you’ll see there’s a box for you to fill in telling us what to do if nobody’s in. Ask us to leave it in the shed, take it to Mrs Smith down the road or call you on your mobile, whatever’s easiest for you.
Delivery’s free if you spend over £75, £5 for orders between £50 and £75 or just £7.50 otherwise. If you’d like your order to arrive on a Saturday, it’s £5 extra.
Don’t panic, it’s actually in brilliant shape. The changes in colour and smell are caused by the vacuum-packing process keeping air away from the meat. Just unwrap it and leave it open to the air for half an hour or so – it’ll soon return to normal.
