We’ll ask you a few quick questions, like the address you’d like us to deliver to, how you’d like to pay and what you’d like us to do if you’re out when we arrive.
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email to confirm what’s on its way and when it’s coming. You can also keep an eye on your order’s progress by visiting ‘Your account’ and looking in the ‘View your order history’ section.
All our meat is freshly packed, ready for you to use straight from the fridge or put immediately into the freezer for a later date. As standard we pack your orders in convenient to use sizes. • All portions are packed in 2’s 3’s or 4’s – we very rarely pack in anything over 4 • obviously all joints are individually packed and convenience cuts are usually packed in 800gm portions – a good portion for 4 people If you would like to have them packed in a specific manner – just order the products as you wish to receive them and we’ll pack them like that – for example, if you wish to receive three packs of medium sirloin steaks (one pack with 2 steaks, one pack with 3 steaks and the last pack with 4 steaks), then order 2 steaks and add them to your basket, then continue shopping and order another 3 steaks and add them to your basket and repeat again for remaining 4 steaks).
