Our top UK chef is Alan McGilveray who has worked in 5 star restaurants for over 23 years with Marriott Hotels including a 5 year stint as Head Chef at the prestigious Marriott Forest of Arden Golf and country club, home to the British Masters Golf tournament 2003 to 2005.
Alan will ring you to discuss the three course menu (obviously meat) - your likes and dislikes - advise you on your choice of wine.
We'll turn up on the agreed date and prepare and cook for you and your friends a meal you'll never forget. A waiter will help to make sure the evening goes without a hitch and when you've finished, we'll even wash up.
